Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the product selected. We typically ship via UPS
or Fed Ex, ground delivery.
Your shipping charges will be displayed in your final order. We will not ask for your
payment
information until you know the exact order total and are ready
to place the order.
Miscalculated Pricing
Due to programming or other errors or omissions, the price you
should be charged may be different than that shown on your
invoice. In the event of an incorrectly priced order, we will
contact you for your approval to be charged the correct amount.
We will not change the pricing without your consent, but we do
reserve the right to cancel orders that are incorrectly priced.
Shipping Policies
We will submit your order to fulfillment as soon as possible.
Normally, items ship in 1-3 business days. If we know of a
delay, we will let you know via email. Of course, any time
before the order ships you can cancel or change your order.
Returns and Refunds
All sales made through this site are final. There are no return
privileges except in the circumstances listed below.
Apparel:
Ardea Beverage Company (Nutrisoda) warrants, to the original
consumer purchaser, that all apparel will be free of any defects
in materials and labor for 21 days from date of receipt, and
will be exchanged for a new equivalent garment only. This
limited warranty does not cover defects covered by improper
usage and is effective only upon presentation of provable date
of purchase.
Send $5.00 with your defective item, to cover
postage and handling to: Warranty Returns, Ardea Beverage
Company, 527 Marquette Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55402. Items which,
in Ardea Beverages sole discretion, do not contain defects in
materials and labor, or which have been damaged by the
purchaser, will not be exchanged and the returned item will not
be resent to the purchaser.
All other items:
Items can be returned for
store credit only, as long as they have not been used or damaged, and are
returned in the original packaging.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will create
a store credit for
your purchase price, although we cannot refund shipping charges.
In order to obtain a store credit, please email us for a return
authorization number.
Canceling an Order
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped.

If the order has been shipped, the Return Policies above apply.
Out of Stocks
We attempt to only show items that are currently in stock.
However, sometimes an item will become oversold. If this
happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a
backorder date if one is available. If there is no backorder
date available, or you wish to cancel even if there is, we will
cancel your order at your request.
